NAMI's Fabulous Golf Outing
"James W. Martin and Bankable Consulting's work with the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) of Erie County has been exceptional and dedicated. He has helped our organization in numerous ways, such as recruitment, fundraising, strategic planning, and marketing. Since Jim has become involved at NAMI of Erie County, we have seen our results skyrocket in all of these areas.
While serving as the volunteer chair for NAMI’s Fabulous Golf Outing, Jim brought a level of commitment and enthusiasm that has quickly become his trademark in the local community. His devotion was a major catalyst for the Fabulous Golf Outing being a major success, raising over $18,000 for our organization and nearly doubling our projected donations. As the volunteer chair, Jim was also instrumental in recruiting several key members of the golf committee, utilizing his numerous contacts at Bankable Consulting, LLC. Without their time and dedication, the Fabulous Golf Outing would not have been the success that it was.
With Jim’s help, the Fabulous Golf Outing has become much more than a golf outing for NAMI of Erie County, it has become a stepping stone to an entirely new group of donors, advocates, volunteers, and supporters for our cause. When reflecting upon this Fabulous Golf Outing in a few years, I am confident that it will be viewed as the event that launched NAMI of Erie County to a new level of success and prosperity, enabling us to help and advocate for those suffering from mental illness in a much more effective and complete manner.
Hiring Bankable Consulting was a solid business decision because of their outstanding return on investment with various projects, positive attitude and connection to other leaders and businesses in the Erie community.
In fact, the support of Bankable Consulting helped NAMI achieve a record by securing $130,000 in United Way funding for the next three years.
Bankable Consulting propelled the agency's fundraising efforts from ordinary to extraordinary. The outstanding results were successfully achieved through a combination of the new donor relationships that developed alongside step-by-step strategic planning. This combination significantly enhanced the agency's ability to plan a results-oriented strategy that was achievable with the collaboration of Bankable Consulting's experience and expertise in donor development.
Bankable Consulting's staff is smart, dependable and efficient. Their exceptional commitment to success made them stand out above the rest. All in all, it is an honor for James W. Martin and Bankable Consulting to be associated with NAMI of Erie County."
